Located on the vibrant 24^th street corridor, no one leaves this spot unhappy as they walk away with a scoop or two (or three) of their adventurous flavors. And while we stopped in on a sunny day, eve the worst weather couldn’t keep   us away from a scoop of scintillating Tahitian Vanilla or Earl Grey Plum ice cream.
