If you buy one of our products and it is not what you were looking for, you have 7 days from the shipment delivery date to send it back for a full refund. Otherwise, you have 30 days to return it for store credit.If you would like to exchange your product for something else, you have up to 60 days to do so. All return and exchange items must be unworn and in sellable condition.
All sales for built to order products are final.
Should any problem or defect your bag arise as you use it, email us and send it back for repair.
Our products have a lifetime warranty. We stand behind our work and will not rest until you love your product as much as we do. Please send it back to us should you encounter a defect and we'll repair it at no additional cost.
Our warranty includes repairs to problems with fabric, leather, and trims. If damages are incurred by the user, we can offer repairs at a reasonable rate. The warranty does not cover incidents such as washing your bag, negligent damages, dog bites, and the like.
We will cover shipping costs on warranty items. Items that do not meet the warranty criteria above will be quoted a total price for shipping and repair costs. All repairs will be handled within a reasonable time. Because we are a small operation, your repair may be subject to delays or slowdowns depending on the time of year.

If a product is in stock, it will be shipped out within 2 business days. Once your item has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that your product is on its way.
US Domestic: We ship all orders through USPS and provide free shipping on orders over $98 placed within the U.S. In order to protect your purchase, we require a signature on all shipments over $98 unless otherwise specified by the customer at check out. By choosing to not require a signature, the customer assumes responsibility in the event of theft or lost shipment. Transit time can range from 1-5 business days.
International: International orders will ship through United State Postal Service (EMS). To keep costs down, we ship First Class International which takes approximately 15 days to arrive.
Customs Duties: We ship to all countries, but international customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Each country has different regulations; therefore, we cannot take responsibility for withholdings or other issues due to customs.
Japan: There is a flat rate shipping of $35 regardless of quantity of items ordered.
